Went there with my guy for relaxation. The hotel as always it was great, the welcome from Nitrice at reception made us feel comfortable. The room was clean, there is nothing I can fault. This hotel is in heart of everything, restaurants, train station to go into the city. What more can I say? Great, great!!

It was excellent. The staff made me feel welcome. The room was nice. I enjoyed being up on the sixth floor with the view. There was a little things in the room that I found the most enjoyable like having the small fridge and the water when I got there cause I was dehydrated. It was very comfortable.

Worse Novotel I visited in my life !!! Do not expect anything from it...

I spent 4 nights in this hotel last week with my wife and my two daughters. The experience was really bad and I will explain you why: 1) I made the on-line check-in 24h before arrival and applied for an "early check-in" as a "All Accor Gold Member" to arrive at 13:00, as a result: we arrived at 13:00 and got the information that we can't check-in because of a problem with the software. Finally, we waited until 15:00 (normal check-in time) and got the information that the software issue is not solved and that we need to wait more !!! 2) After getting back from the city with the wish to have a good sleep, we understood that there is no soap to wash hands, moisture on the wall and ceiling of the shower cabin, dirty window and the worse: a one person blanket on the sofa-bed of our children. Nothing to clean the toilet after usage... 3) Breakfast: arriving at 8:30 for breakfast, we need to wait more than 10 min before to get a table but the worse is that we needed to wait a lot only to get a coffee (because both machines were empty or needed a cleaning or even no clean cups), the croissants were empty immediately after being displayed, the volume of fruit salad offered can only satisfy 4 to 5 clients, finally the expected quick breakfast we wanted to have became long and stressful (photos are displayed) 4) After ordering a drink at the bar, at the moment to pay, they announced that the hotel is cash free !!! So, as a customer, we have to pay bank and exchange fee because of the "hotel policy" 5) The membership status is not respected: room with dirty window directly on the railway, instant powder coffee, needed to claim for the welcome drink 6) The last day, we arrived at the breakfast and understood that we forgot a mobile phone in the room, it was 8:30. My wife went back to the room but didn't manage to open the room. She came back and I went there myself with the same result. After that, we understood that the hotel cancelled our access to our room because they wanted us to go to the reception to pay a 8 pounds invoice and were not able to wait until the check-out at 11:00. It is unbelievable !!! I think that Accor group has to protect its image and remove the Novotel brand from this awful place. 7) Forgot to tell that they allowed themselves to debit 1000 accor points without my approval because they were not sure about their calculation after I validated 5000 points to pay for services...

Staff are friendly and helpful, we had a long journey & staff called to check on us; also helped with directions to local sights. Good breakfast selection. Convenient transport links - DLR train literally next to the hotel. Family friendly. Quiet rooms. Amazing staff, great customer service. Only disappointment was the AC is centralised so we couldn't adjust it but we were offered a fan so all was well. Would definitely stay here again. 💯 recommend.

The location was perfect , right next door to Greenwich station and with no noise of the tracks. Travelled with 2 and 9 year old, was great for families. Enough space for everyone in room. Very clean and great staff. Will definitely be back in the near future.
